先々週末に日本からの友人が来ていたり、相方が先週いっぱいホリデーでもあったので、
なかなか濃い時間を過ごしていました。
そんなわけで今ちょっと燃え尽きた気分な私です。
Recently I have been with buying at big markets, and my friend coming over from Japan, and also my partner had been on holiday last whole week.
So I felt a bit empty right now...
特に日本から買い付けに来たCafe du Soleilの由香さんとの時間は本当に楽しかった~。
(去年、The Mad Vintageも置いてくださった、兵庫･西宮のカフェ&ヴィンテージショップのオーナーさん）
ヨーロッパの買付旅行の際にロンドンによってくださった由香さんと、2つのマーケットへ。
普段ロンドンのマーケットは私一人なので、買付が終わった後に収穫物を見せ合ったりして楽しかった!
私、ロンドンには日本語で思い切りしゃべれる友達もヴィンテージできゃいきゃい言う友達も少ないので、
久しぶりにガールズタイムを過ごした感じです。
今回いれてもまだ3回しか会ってないというのに(笑）昔から友人だったみたいな感じ。
本当にありがとうございます!
Specially, I really enjoyed spending time with my friend from Japan.
(She is an owner of a cafe & vintage shop in Japan)
She visited me during her buying trip to Europe.
We went to 2 big markets in London.
Usually I go to markets in London alone, so I really enjoyed this time as we could show off our vintage finds afterwards.
We only met 3 times but felt like that we have been friends for a long time.

由香さん滞在の最終日は家から近いピーターシャム・ナーサリーズへ。
We went to Petersham Nurseries where is not far from my flat.
お茶の時間にはいい感じに晴れて、暖かな温室でお花とグリーンに囲まれながらティータイム。
やっぱりここのケーキ、おいしいな~。
At our teatime, the weather got better and the sun came out, it was really nice to have tea in their green house.
I love their cake, so delicious!
ピーターシャムでお茶したら、テムズ川沿いをお散歩して帰るのがお決まり。
この日はちょうど良くきれいな夕日が見えました。
After Petersham Nurseries, we always take a walk by Thames river to the town centre.
Luckily we saw the beatiful sunset.
リッチモンド初めての由香さんだったので、この川沿いはぜひ、と思ったのですが、
この日はありえないくらい水位が上がっていて、途中からテムズ川沿いの道は通れませんでした。残念。
She had never been in Richmond, so I really wanted to walk by Thames,
however, the tide was really high that day, we couldn't walk there.
由香さんの滞在で自分も楽しかったのももちろんだけど、
うれしいのはちゃんとコーヒーを淹れられるようになったこと。
(かなりめちゃくちゃな淹れ方してたようで。(笑））
せっかくゆかさんがおいしいコーヒーをくれていたのに宝の持ち腐れになりそうでしたが、
今はおうちでおいしいカフェ並みのコーヒーが飲めます!(淹れ方というか、豆がもともといいからね!）
しばらくはコーヒータイムが続きそうな我が家です。
I really enjoyed the time with my friend, moreover, she taught me how to make a coffee.
(I didn't know the proper way... I was doing quite wrong lol)
Now we can have a good coffee at home!
(Specially Yuka gave us very nice coffee!)
I think we enjoy our home cafe for a while :)
