Renegade Craft Fair 1

先週末、ロンドンでとってもかわいいマーケットが開かれました。

I went to a very cute market in London last weekend.

Renegade Craft Fair。若手雑貨クリエイターを支援するマーケットです。

 主にアメリカで開かれているらしいのですが、このたびロンドンにやってきました。

日本だけでなく、イギリスでも、「自分の手で何かを作る」ハンドメイドブームが起こっています。

今回集まったクリエイターたちは、ハンドメイド精神を基本にしつつも、高いクオリティとオリジナリティで、
すでに大手の雑貨屋やセレクトショップで商品を見かける人たちも多数。

キュートなアイテムがてんこ盛り、ロンドンの今の「Kawaii」が詰まったマーケット。

たくさんのストールが出ていましたが、今回は特に私のお気に入りをご紹介。


Renegade Craft fair is the market which supports young creators.
Mainly it's hold in U.S.A., but they came to London!
Handmade is booming in UK, not only in Japan.
The creators in this fair are live and love handmade.
Some of them are already selling their products in big stores or select shops.
This fair is full of cute items, the real "Kawaii" of London.
There were so many stalls but I'll show my favourites.

かわいいイラストに釘付け。   I love her illustrations.

パステルカラーの陶器のジュエルがかわいい。

ジュエル型（本物でなくてもいい、形だけでも）が好きな私、この陶器のジュエルブローチ、欲しい!


Those pastel coloured porcelain jewels are so cute.
I love jewel motives (not only the real one, I like the shape of jewels), I love the brooches!

 ladybird likes

板をくりぬいて作っているアクセサリー。

特に写真奥のリボン型ブローチが気になる。


Wooden accessories with cute shapes.
I love the bow shaped brooches.

 Lucy Loves This

最近雑貨屋でよく見かける、アルファベットのタイポグラフィックデザイン。

HならHackneyで、その町の特徴を現したイラストが。


I often see their typographic designs.
H for Hackney, and there were illustrations inspired from Hackney.

 Oh Squirrel

 キュートな布やヴィンテージの写真を使ったカードは私も雑貨屋で見かけて以来のお気に入り。

今回はこんなかわいいアルファベットの布タグも。


I love her cards with cute fabrics and vintage photos since I found them in shops.
She was selling such a cute fabric tags.

 jo waterhouse

魚、ひとで、亀などの海の生物クッション。

 特に魚クッションはどこかで見かけて以来ずっと気になってる。


The cushions shaped marine lives like fish, starfish, turtle.
I like the fish cushion since I saw it somewhere.

 MADE ANEW

日本でも見かけたけど、私はどうもこのクリスタルのシャンデリアパーツのアクセサリーに弱い。

ここでは珍しいブルーのシャンデリアグラスにひきつけられて。

今サイトでチェックして初めて気がついたのだけど、となりのボックスも売り物だった。

これもかわいいな～、他にもいろんなものをデザインしているみたい。


I like accessories with crystal parts of chandelier.
But I had never seen those blue crystal.
I just noticed the box next to accessories also her products.
It's so cute.  She produces various items.
