I finally went to Cake Hole after I passed in front of this cafe many time.
(It was a while ago though....)
日本の雑誌でも何度か紹介されて、もうご存知の方も多いかもしれません。
かわいいコロンビアロードの入り口にいきなりあるかわいいヴィンテージショップ、Vintage Heaven。
そのかわいいショップを通り抜けると…。
This cafe is quite famous so maybe you've already known about it.
It's in the beginning of Columbia Road, the back of the cute vintage shop, Vintage Heaven.
とってもＣｏｚｙで、ヴィンテージでいっぱいのかわいい空間が現れます。
このかわいさだもの、マーケットのある毎日曜日は常に人がいっぱいで、今まで入れなかったのもわかるでしょう?
The cafe space is really cozy and full of cute vintage stuff......
It's so cute that it's always full every Sunday when the market is on Columbia Road.
居心地のよさそうなソファ席には、おばあちゃんちにありそうなクッションがずらりと並んで。
So many cute granny's cushions are on the comfortable sofa.
棚にはもちろん、ずらりと並んだヴィンテージたち。
Of course, you can see lots of vintage stuff on shelves.....
もちろん、ケーキもたくさん!
Of course, Cakes too!!
ケーキはおいしいと定評のあるプリムローズベーカリー、
コーヒーはこれまたロンドンでは有名なモンマスコーヒーから。
Cakes are from the popular Primrose bakery,
Coffee is from the famous Monmouth Coffee.
ケーキたちはもちろん、かわいいヴィンテージの食器と一緒に出てきます。
この日はおなかがすいていたので、ケーキのほかにスコーンも頼んじゃいました!
どちらもちょっとドライだったのが残念でしたが．．．
プリムローズベーカリーのケーキは普段しっとりでおいしいので、また期待!
Cakes are served with cute vintage tableware.
I was very hungry that day, I ordered a cake and a scone.
It was pity that both of them were a bit dry.....
But usually cakes from Primrose Bakery are moist and delicious, so I hope next time will be good!
