Restaurant*Homa

クリスマス前に、プチクリスマスマーケットがあったので、
久しぶりにStoke Newingtonへ行ってきました。

そのときに、目をつけていたカフェレストランでランチ。


Before Christmas, we went to Stoke Newington as there ware Christmas markets.
We had a lunch at the restaurant which I had checked before.

 いつも地元の人で一杯のこのお店。

予約してないけどまずいかな!?　と思ったけど、何とか座れました～。

シンプルなインテリアは明るくていい感じ。


It's always full of local people.
I should have booked!!!.......but we managed to get seats.
The simple interior made it bright and nice.

食前のパンはサービス。フレッシュでおいしかった!

ここの食材はできるだけオーガニック、そして地元のものを使うようにしているなど、
フレッシュで体に優しいものがいただけます。

リサイクルなども徹底していたり、地元の業者と協力し合うなど、
Stoke Newingtonへの愛着も感じられます。

（実際、このStoke Newington Church Streetのお店たちの連帯感は強そう!）


The starter breads was fresh and taste good!
They try to use organic and local food, so you can have healthy fresh food here.
They have a thoroughgoing recycle principles and co-operate local companies.
I feel their strong attachment to Stoke Newington.
(In fact, it seemes that there is a strong sense of solidarity among the shops in Stoke Newington Church Street!)

 私は久しぶりのイタリアンだったので、ラザニアが食べたくて。

ラザニアシートは溶けちゃったのかしら!?　と思うくらい、お肉とチーズのラザニア。

そしてパルメザンとロケットのサラダでさっぱり。

相方さんはそんなにおなかがすいてない、というので
アランチーニ（リゾットコロッケ）と、ポテトコロッケ。

コロッケって、こちらではなかなか見ないからうれしいんですよね~。しかもタルタル付!!

外はサクサク、中はホクホクでとってもおいしかったです!


I chose a beef lasagna since I hadn't had it for a while.
There were almost only meat and cheese so that I wondered the lasagna sheets were melted!?
The salad of Parmesan and rockets made me freshened.
My partner wasn't hungry so much so he took Potato croquettes and Arancini.
I hardly see croquette in London so I was happy!! (one of my favorite food) And it's with tartar!!
The outside was crispy and the inside was steaming-hot, soft and delicious!!!

カウンターにあったケーキもおいしそうだったので、今度はお茶しに戻ってこねば…ふふ。

Their cakes on the counter seemed really good too.....
I have to come back here for tea next time... :)
